Our team was entrusted with the task of retrofitting and revamping the old Information and Communication (IC) building at Saputara, under the initiative of TCGL. The existing dilapidated structure was skillfully transformed into the Toran Hill Resort, a modern facility that merges contemporary comfort with natural surroundings.

• Scope of Work: Complete architectural redesign, structural retrofitting, interior planning, and project coordination
